The Better Business Bureau helps dictate standards for reverse mortgage lenders.

Better Business Bureau

We are proud to be an A+ accredited business with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). In order to maintain this accreditation, we adhere to the BBB Code of Business Practices, which "represents sound advertising, selling and customer service practices that enhance customer trust and confidence in business." The BBB also asks that their accredited businesses abide by eight principles. These principles are to "build trust, advertise honestly, tell the truth, be transparent, honor promises, be responsive, safeguard privacy, and embody integrity." We have consistently exceeded the BBB standards for accreditation in order to hold an A+ rating.

National Aging in Place Council (NAIPC)

In order to be a member of NAIPC, we are held to a strict code of conduct which ensures "the honor and integrity of all persons engaged in [the reverse mortgage] business". This code of conduct consists of ten rules dedicated to respect, privacy, trust, teaching, encouragement, and dignity. By conducting business by this code, we protect our clients' rights, as well as their private information.
