When my reverse mortgage specialist called me, I had already decided to go with another company, but I agreed to listen to what he could offer me. It was completely superior to the other company's offer. My loan officer was the most skilled customer service person I've worked with in a long time. He never left any question unanswered and solidified my belief that this was the right decision. I never had to initiate contact because he always kept me involved every step of the way. I have already recommended him and your company to several people. If the only thing I had to worry about at night was my reverse mortgage, I would sleep well, with no worries.
